The tablet is used for the treatment of post-traumatic inflammation, acute musculoskeletal disorders including sprains, strains, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, low back pain, periarthritis (shoulder pain) and osteoarthritis (joint pains), stiffness.
The maximum duration and dose of a treatment course with Nimesulide medicine is 15 days, 100 mg twice a day, to minimize the risk of hepatotoxicity.
 It also preffered to use for the age above 12.
Women should use the drug with caution during lactation and it is contraindicated during pregnancy.

Nise gel for pain relief

Nise is a trademark for the tablet Nimesulide which is a Non-steroidal medicinal drug (NSAIDs) and is available in the form of tablets, capsule, and Gel.
Nise Gel is used to treat chronic and acute musculoskeletal disorders such as soft tissue injuries or non-articular rheumatic disorders, including discomfort in the muscles, tendonitis, back pain/ache, arthritis, tenosynovitis sprains, or strains.
Nise Gel (Nimesulide/Methyl Salicylate/Menthol/Capsaicin) is used topically. It is prescribed to apply to the affected area, rubbing in a thin layer of the gel 2 to 4 times every day.
The dose needed to be applied is three to four times per day depending on the dimension of the affected size and response. Medicalcare ought to be reviewed after 4 weeks.
It should not be apply near mouth, eyes, nose, genitals, or on any damaged skin, cut, open sores, or sun burnt skin.
